Thank you for your interest in the Yolo County Fair. This year we are celebrating our 76th anniversary. We are the longest running “free gate” fair in the state; since 1948. This gives our guests multiple opportunities to visit the fair and have fun. We have over 150,000 attendees, each year, enjoying exhibits, livestock competition, the carnival, home arts, plants/flowers, the arts, entertainment and children’s activities. We are also famous for our Saturday and Sunday Demolition Derbies.
Enclosed please find an application to this year’s fair. Pictures of your booth and items for sale are greatly appreciated when we review the various businesses coming to join us. Getting information to us as soon as possible enhances your chances of have space available.
If approved, we will contact you and have you send in the deposit fees. When the deposit fee has been received we will forward the contract, fair’s instruction manual, insurance information, and map of booth location. The contract and supportive material need to be returned as soon as possible. If you would like to send in any reference information from previous fairs, festivals, etc., please feel free to do so.

Concessionaire fees are on a percentage: 23 % of Gross sales. $700.00 Guarantee $125.00 Electrical.
